We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Success Manager, to join the team in London.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will have an important impact on the longevity of our business relationships and help us improve customer satisfaction and retention. You will receive a thorough induction training and work closely with our senior management, so you can progress quickly within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with an international portfolio of existing clients and understanding their strategies regarding our solutions
  • Delivering effective outbound telephone-based client support, to maximize the client’s usage of our solutions and ensuring they receive value from our services
  • Initiating up/cross-selling activities
    • Maximizing customer retention

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years relevant sales and consulting experience over the phone
  • Dutch language (both written and spoken) to a near-native level
  • Track record of managing and growing a high number of accounts simultaneously
    • Previous customer resolutions/retentions experience
    • Energy, personal drive and determination
    • Positive and charismatic
    • Strong level of communication, negotiation and influencing skills across all levels of seniority
    • Ability to see areas of opportunity and risk
    • Used to working in a target driven environment
