The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Management of new business development activities within the UK, Germany and other international markets
  • Prospecting and establishing contact with new potential clients through telephone calls, email, WebEx, networking and written proposals
  • Monitoring the business development team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • On-boarding new team members
  • Responsible for the ongoing training and development of your team
  • Forecasting monthly and quarterly revenues to the leadership team in order to meet the business objectives for the organisation
  • Ensuring that processes are fit for purpose and identify areas for continual improvement

About You

You bring along:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of inside sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record of managing and improving the performance of sales teams
  • Passionate about developing your staff and able to offer a fantastic work atmosphere in order for everyone in your team to flourish
  • Used to being in medium to high volume sales environments
  • Fluent in English and fluency in German is a plus
