THE ROLE

We are seeking a high-energy and ambitious Business Development Representative to help us continue our success story and excite HR decision makers for our learning solution.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify decision makers within targeted companies on the DACH market (internet, social media, phone)
  • High volume outbound calling to contact decision makers and to present our eLibrary solution
  • Generate leads by booking web meetings for our field sales teams
  • Log all sales activities on CRM and ensure all data is up to date

ABOUT YOU:

  • Fluent in German and English
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone
  • You have gained some first work experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, sales or customer service 
  • You are proactive, full of positivity, self-motivated and have a winning attitude
