About the role

We are currently looking for an IT Supporter to support employees at the London office as well as some additional staff around Europe.

Your focus will be on keeping existing employees as smoothly operational as possible, while using Office 365, IP telephony and a web-based CRM. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting users of our premium platform.

You will further be involved in the procurement of new hardware and software, as well as administrating access for employees to several SaaS products the company subscribes to.

We aim to empower our employees to make decisions and seek solutions so that we as a company can move faster, which means that you will have a great amount of influence on shaping your own tasks and making them your own.

Responsibilities and Duties

·       Function as a team player for the local as well as the distributed team of employees

·       Recommend and implement systems for End User Computing to ensure organisational efficiency

·       Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, IP telephony, and telecommunications equipment

·       Assist in the evaluation of business problems, evaluate and recommend vendor packages, and implement required software

·       Manage user accounts, e-mail accounts, and remote access requests

·       Monitor and resolve trouble tickets using our ticketing system

·       Prepare laptops for deployment and provide assistance when necessary

·       Other duties assigned

·       On-call support on a rotations basis

Qualifications and Skills

·       Experience in a business environment dealing with end user computers and devices

·       Experience maintaining and administrating Office 365 and Sharepoint systems

·       Windows/Mac systems Support and experience

·       Experience administering and supporting cloud based IP phones beneficial

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills and a self-starter attitude, combined with the ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking with minimal supervision

·       Excellent written communication skills including the ability to prepare technical documentation and policies

·       Additional language skills are beneficial
